We specialise in working at high and difficult to access sites. Need to create safe roof access? No problems. McPherson Window Cleaning has the expertise to audit, certify, design and install height safety systems in accordance with Australian standards AS/NZS 4488.1:1997 and 1891.4.2009.

At McPherson’s we have a total commitment to the safety and health of our employees, and people affected by our work. There can be no compromise with safety. It is and always will be the responsibility of each and every one of us. We believe that all injuries and industry related injuries and diseases are preventable.

All persons directing the work of others at our workplaces and all employees are required to join and work together towards achieving and maintaining a high level of safety performance. OHS duties and activities may be delegated, but not the responsibilities.
The Management of the company and all employees are required by law under a “Duty of Care” to take care of all their health and safety, and that of their fellow workers to the extent of their capability. Each and every person is required to follow all safety rules, procedures and instructions, to report all hazards, injuries or ill health, and to ensure proper use of safety equipment.
Through effective safety systems and risk management strategies, we will work for our main OHS goals, which are:

- To create and maintain continuous improvement strategies
- To ensure compliance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements, codes of practice and industry standards.
We will establish measurable objectives and targets, monitor the performance of our OH&S Management System and review its effectiveness in meeting or exceeding the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Systems.
